Established in 2018 under the Startup India initiative, ASR Metallurgy Private Limited is dedicated to delivering world-class Destructive Testing (DT), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services.
Founded by graduates from premier institutions such as IIT, IIM, and BIT, ASR Metallurgy combines academic excellence with extensive industry experience drawn from leading steel manufacturers and advanced laboratories across India.

Our Presence
Strategically located in the industrial hub of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, ASR Metallurgy serves both large industries and MSMEs with equal precision and commitment. Our NABL-accredited laboratory (under ISO/IEC 17025:2017) is equipped with state-of-the-art, globally benchmarked technology for material characterization and performance testing.
We specialize in the testing of stainless steels, alloy steels, and aluminum alloys, and are continuously expanding our scope across other engineering materials. Every sample undergoes precision-driven preparation and analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.

Training and Skill Development
ASR Metallurgy is proud to be East India’s first Authorised Training Centre (ATC) for ASNT 9712 NDT Certification.
We conduct globally recognized Level II training programs in key NDT methods, including Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT/DPT).
Our training division bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industrial application, helping participants gain hands-on expertise and globally accepted certifications that advance their professional careers.
